Heater shuts off and blows cold air

Heater shuts off and blows cold air for a few minutes and then comes back on. Sometimes it cycles heat and the fan. Its almost like the thermostat or something is malfunctioning. Very disappointing its like 10 degrees and were freezing Other than that its a great unit

We purchased this unit and something broke the condenser fan. After calling and talking to a representative of LG 3 times and talking with the parts vendor 3 times. I am told that the part for a new unit is no longer available. That I will have to buy another unit.

Great unit for homes

We purchased the unit 5 months ago. Exact replacement for what was there. 3 weeks ago th fn motor quit. Called customer service and reported it. Do to the small portable building being on business property that warranty was void. So for now we are going to swap the fan motor from old unit to he new one. Compressor was bad everything else worked
